Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The item must be in the same condition as received
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, skincare, and fragrance products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
